Nice Slimmer Phone!
on September 17, 2015

I like how this phone is slimmer than the Note 3, the pen is much easier to use (more shortcuts than the note 3). Not sure why Samsung got rid of the SD card feature, but overall, the phone is a great upgrade.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable
Cons: no sd card

Samsung Note 5 > Samsung Galaxy S6

This phone is bigger but does not drop calls and receives calls fine. I have dropped it on cement and my child has dropped/thrown it off the bed with no scratches on the case/screen/camera. The silver paint will be scrapped on a hard texture (generally cement), though. I have not gotten a phone case for this phone as of yet.
It has a built in beautifier editor and photo editor which is handy when sending pictures to my friends and business contacts as well as playing around with the beautifier.
The pen has a sensitivity to do swoops but easier to manage with the pen. I really like how the bottom ejects, giving that mechanic feel and sound of nostalgia of an actual pen as well as letting me Ghost Shield, I have not tried with other brands.
I believe 32GB is too little for me, but I have had no issues with storage yet. I wish there was a button still for the Note, like the task button is the menu button while holding down on it makes it the task button. I have not tried nor had to install a large app or taken many pictures yet to challenge this amount of internal storage.
Easy set up, Tap N' Go was easy and a success.
I always want a cheaper price for phones, but as long as the phone keeps getting better quality, efficiency, avoid raising the prices, and the phone works, I'm happy with the phone.
I just hope Samsung releases OTA updates as quickly as their competitors as I had consistent issues getting them even in the beginning with Samsung Note II.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, kid friendly, stock charging cable charges really fast, low dim light for nighttime reading, easy access and storage for pen, comes with it's own security and track the phone, shortcuts are easy and clean, can move notes and shortcuts around screen, no pen friction with or without screen protection, not too heavy
Cons: expensive, menu button removed, no weekly calendar widget, removed microsd, no external cards to add more memory to the phone, cannot remove battery to replace/hard shut down
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was amazed at the quality of this phone. The screen resolution was fantastic, as was the speed of loading the apps. The S Pen feature was great, especially since I did not have to actually turn the phone on to use it. I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy Note 5!!!
Pros: Bright display

This phone is overall a great phone. I enjoy the look and how it works. Though the stylus is weak. Phone is in an otterbox and my phone fell less than a foot to the floor and the stylus broke.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: stylus weak

Android Fan

I'm an Android fan. I've tried the iphone, but I like the ability to use any site on the web. The customization of my home screen. Not needing to have every app on the screen, or stuck in a folder that I'll never remember where.
I also find Samsung is building the best Android phones, and I like the size of the phone compared to early note models. This phone feels smaller.
I purchased the Samsung Note 5 because I liked the camera.
My biggest complaint is battery life. I had the HTC M8 and the battery on that phone went two days. With a few tweaks the Samsung Note 5 lasts just around 24 hours (as low as 18 with heavy use).
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!
