Battery Lasts and Photos are Fantastic

My primary requirements were for a device that had a long-lasting battery and took great photos. After checking out every Android smartphone available at Verizon, it came down to the S6 and Note5. Both are fantastic. But, with the stylus to take notes (small stylus point and large screen make that possible) AND to highlight areas of images (to enhance, crop, etc.) that choice became easy. The Note 5!
Pros: battery life, phot quality

Overall a good daily driver. I would have preferred better battery life, getting half a day currently. I do not want to see how long it lasts when I fire up tasker. The screen is gorgous. Crisp and bright. The camera takes fantastic pictures. True to life as I have seen with a smart phone camera. The glass back is scary. It is surprisingly sticky. But I am still fearful of dropping the device, so I will probably have to get an otter box. Even though I prefer not having one. I like to look at my expensive purchases.

Cons: battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love almost everything

I didn't do enough research prior to purchase!
I would have waited and purchased the 64G.
I didn't have a clue that I wouldn't be able to add a SD card.
I am extremely disappointed that the battery is not replaceable. The battery doesn't last as long as my Galaxy Note 2.
The back is pretty. Unfortunately it is incredibly slippery.
I look forward to to the next model. Hopefully the mentioned issues will be resolved.

Cons: battery life, no sd card, can't expand memory, case to slippery, the spencer can damage phone if put in wrong

Well made and better than what's out there

Not perfect. Some minor annoying bugs, like vanishing contacts (a side effect of transferring data from iPhone ), but overall a good phone. Better than anything else out there right now. I recommend this over the edge for the stylus since everything else is the same.

Great features slow internet

I upgraded my note 3 for the note 5 and I love it. It has loads of great features. The camera is amazing, the pics are so sharp and there are more filters you can use. My only complaint is the internet speed on both wi-if and 4G. I have tried clearing the cache and my other products on wi if have no issues.. The note 5 is slower than my 3 as far as Internet speed and I am very disappointed about that aspect. I did some research and the internet speed is a common complaint. I do love all the other features on the 5 .

Cons: slow internet

I absolutely love the design of this phone. Unlike many Note users, I actually use the S Pen daily; more than I use my fingers to interact with the screen! I love the Screen-Off Note feature and split-screen mode. Camera quality is stunning and it's cool how you can download different modes for the camera. I don't have a problem with battery life at all; in fact, it far outlasts my previous devices even with heavy usage.
