I'm satisfied with the great variety of consumer friendly features and useful functions of my Galaxy Note5. In particular, it's S Pen feature is very valuable for someone like me involved in writing and communication.
Regarding customer service, I'm also satisfied.
Due to screen issue, I had my Galaxy Note 5 repaired by Samsung repair center in Texas recently. Except for a few communication glitches for the first day, everything went smoothly.
From sending and receiving the phone it took only 5 business days! This kind of service well testifies the excellence of Samsung's commitment to customer care.

Great phone

Coming from the Note 3 to the Note 5 is a giant leap. The 5 is much faster and has more options, I really enjoy learning everything the Note 5 can do. The only negative is no external memory which means I have to download pictures all the time.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

Signal for my phone is very poor, and very often my voice intercom does not work have to put it on speaker
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

You can't go wrong with this phone. It works great and if you are familiar with Samsung/Android devices you will instantly be at home. I used an S3 previously and this phone's size is taking a little getting used to but it's totally manageable. I find the addition of the S pen useful especially when taking down a quick number since I write more easily than my thumbs can tap! I also find it easier to tap out a message with this phone from other phones I have used since it is a larger screen and your keyboard includes numbers at the top so you don't need to bounce back and forth between keyboards.
Pros: Bright display

Another Great in the Note Series

I have owned a Note2 and a Note3. The Note5 is another great phone in the series. The stylus is better than ever and the size of the phone is perfect. The phone works great and i have not had any issues with apps or android. The biggest downside of this phone is the new sealed case. This causes two issues; the battery cannot be changed or upgraded as i have done in the past, and there is no SD card access like the previous versions. The wireless charging does help make up for the decreased battery options because it makes it easier to set it on my desk charger when at work but I would still prefer to have the option of putting in my own larger battery.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, wireless charging, finger print reader
Cons: sealed battery, no sd card slot, battery life
