I've been with the Note line ever since the Note 2 and have LOVED all of them. But this one just tops them all! The features are flawless, the service for both voice and data are extremely smooth! I LOVE the big, bright display.
I just don't know what else to say but you can't go wrong with this phone!
Awesome.e Samsung product as expected. Love all the Samsung products I own.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Phone, but....

I upgraded to my NOTE 5 from the NOTE 2 that I had for three years. I loved my Note 2. It has been quite a challenge to use the Note 5 features and functions, some of which I still have problems with even though I've used it for over 6 months now (and with each upgrade from Google, Samsung or Verizon requires me to fix some off my settings). I also preferred the screen size of my Note 2 as compared to the Note 5, especially the larger font that I was able to use. Some of my operating challenges are attributable to the new Android 6.0 operating system as well as the Verizon mandatory features (which I dislike A LOT). One feature that I DO like in my Note 5 over my Note 2 is the special case that Samsung offered. It is a wonderful complement to the phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: screen size
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had purchased a Note 4 and was not impressed, so I thought I would follow the recommendation of a friend and try the Note 5. It was a solid upgrade that has made a believer out of me. My Note 5 consistently has great battery life, and fluid operation across the board. The new design of the stylus is a nice feature. I use my Note 5 for social networking, gaming, note taking...oh, and calling. BTW unlike my Note 4 the Note 5 has not lost power during a single call. I am overall quite satisfied.
I'm just very happy with this phone. I had a S5 but this beats it by leaps.... the only thing I miss is the hot keys for when you text and have things you text a lot. Where you press one key and it spits out your whole sentence or any other word. I really like this phone. The pen is great to write on pics too.
Cons: no hot keys for texting (your sentence or words)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although I have had the Note 2, 4 and 5 presently, the battery life on each phone got worse. I love this phone but it is becoming more and more difficult to feel as positive as I once did. I only have the Note 5 for 3 weeks and I wake up with 100 percent battery and within a few hours it seems to drop to the 70s. I could never make it through the day if I use it alot. I also have the settings to dim the screen and try to conserve. I wish the battery was better. I really love the Note .
I was very reluctant to change from my LG g3 as it was feature packed and still within an acceptable performance range. I am glad I made the leap. The only feature I am missing is the IR blaster, but I am sure that is not a feature many people use.
