Marvellous piece of kit

I wasnt expecting too much when I bought this (QL-700), but have subsequently been blown away by the speed and ease of use, and the quality of the printing. I use it for parcel labels, plant labels, file labels etc. Its remarkably easy to use, has a small footpint so is easy to house and the included software works well. Changing label rolls is a doddle, and the auto cut of labels is excellent. Also spoke to the Brother helpline who were really helpful. You really cant go wrong with this device - a million times easier than using label sheets in normal printers.

I can't really think of any bad points. It really is a perfect printer for the job.
I use it mainly to print address labels, and it works flawlessly.
The quality is high, and the customization is excellent.

The software is first class too.
Perhaps I would like wireless, however USB is absolutely fine, and in some ways safer.
I am interested to see in other Brother products, really good all-round package.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than expected very quick printing . Really good value for money . Though not many options for label rolls from any other company . So more costly than others. But overall rather impressed.

QL-700 labelling made easy

Having received and extensively used the QL-700 I can highly recommend it.
The setup is a breeze and with the addition of the editing software advanced labels can be designed and printed extremely fast.
The handy auto cutting feature also eliminates waste and enables a variety of labels at different lengths to be printed if you use a continuous label roll.
The only feature I have't tried yet is integration to a contact/address book. With everything moving to the cloud these days, it would be a really nice feature if the product integrated with Google+, Facebook etc to retrieve names and addresses.

best label printer ever

i bought this little unit as i wanted something qucik and easy to use, i was very impressed with the labels produced whether it was a single one or one of hundreds. It handled all manner of shapes and sizes. I could import text from various programs and all formats pritned smoothly. It also has a great warranty giving me confidence in the product. Prices of labels is accepatable as well, i am just happy thath i dont have to waste time with the other a4 type labels we used to use in the past.
