Simple operation

I bought this to replace my QL570 as it wasn’t compatible with my new computer,great upgrade with plenty new features most of which i probably won’t use 😄

HARD TO SET UP AND GET IT RUNNING

Hard to set up and get this printer running, if you are not very good with computers you will struggle to install the software and get something to print. I would not buy it again

value for money but compatibilty issues

We tried installing this on out print server via a small usb-ethernet print server but it crashed the server.
Then tried to install it directly via USB to a windows 7 machine but still no luck, only shows the option to use the p-touch lite version and does not seem to want to install as a printer so we can't use it from other applications.
Managed a few test prints which are excellent speed and quality for a label printer

Great Little Master for Individuals or Home Businesses

Purchased this printer for home based use, its a great little desktop master printing off stuff like a gem.
Its almost instant printing capabilities are amazing.
I really think it offers a great value for the money invested and a must have for home users or small businesses.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just scratching the surface

I have only had the QL-700 label printer a few weeks and feel I am just scratching the surface of its abilities.
It has already become an integral part of my shipping schedule and I feel this will only increase once I find ways to integrate the software with my couriers barcodes.
I think if brother could produce a QL printer that was able to accommodate a full 120mm wide label, it would be invaluable for not only small businesses like myself, but any seller small or large who uses online couriers.

Using the Brother QL700 with a Windows 8 desktop and two Windows 7 laptops. No compatibility issues. Very easy to set up. Very easy to produce tailored size labels for a variety of uses. Print quality very good.
