Hope I get aquainted with this machive

I've had nothing but ink-jet photo smart printers. They all did good. The only problem, they only lasted about 3 years. So was told to get a Brother laser. They are not up to date as to learning to operate as the ink-jet .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good multifunction laser

I'm a first-time Brother user, and I am very happy with this purchase. I love the idea of a color laser. I'm looking forward to using the document feeder in multipage scans. I also have found support to be very responsive to my newbie questions with this product.

Great Copier

Tired of changing ink every 3 months on our old copier. This ink lasts forever and never dries up. Wireless feature allows us to put it out of site as well. Very nice!

Outstanding value and quality

We are extremely pleased with this purchase. Top quality, very reliable machine. Just two issues... First, setting up the unit to fax...not happy with this. Everything else has been so easy, but this feature is very weak. Second, it eats toner! I read those toner reviews before I purchased, and am surprised how much toner and how fast it is consumed.
Overall, outstanding value.

Clear printing. takes several different types of paper. Color is not as intense as I would like.

Awesome print quality. There was a problem with the software and drivers initially. I would recommend not using the automatic setup, if you are putting it on a network, and do it manually. Mine was installed on a Windows Vista machine.

Excellent printer. The colors are spectacular and the price per page is much cheaper than inkjet. The software is a little confusing to use, but it's not bad once you figure it out.
