Well worth the wait !

I recently upgraded my phone from a M7 to the current M9. It was well worth the wait. It's sleek, just slightly bigger, and didn't gain much weight.
The fingerprint scanner works like a charm to unlock my phone. The "Beats" audio is gone - as is the huge drain on the battery that went with it. The current audio is just as good. It takes great pictures, and smooth videos, too.

The HTC one A 9 is every thing that I expected.Quick processor,clear and bright display,battery could last a bit longer but that being said phone last a full day of use for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good phone -great build quality

Bought this phone to replace my aging HTC One M7. Great build quality and camera. Battery a little weak, but if you use the battery saver function, you should easily get a full day without worry. Quick charge 2.0 allows you to get a full charge quickly. Make sure to get latest software update,(improved battery life)

Good, but the M9 is better.

I've had the A9 for about a month, and it's a pretty good phone. My two (2) major problems with it are the speaker (the M9's front facing speakers spoiled me) and the fact that the entire front of the phone is glass. Die to the finger print reader, the screen protector I bought doesn't cover a portion of the bottom. That being said, the glass cracked the first time I dropped my phone. The rugged case I have for it saved my screen. Overall, it's what I expected from HTC.

I was interested in the A9 because it appealed to me on a design level. It is well made and I have had no issues. It performs really well. It has very fast start up and app launch. Seamless interfacing as I had no problem transitioning from another phone.
