Difficult to use

Not happy with this product - tutorials not helpful - cannot get pictures or downloads to successfully download for viewing - tried tutorials and internet searches

flimsy design, weak glass

Purchased YESTERDAY and used in normal fashion. Not 18 hours and screen glass is already broken. Not dropped, not abused... just a flimsy, flimsy design.
OS is good and phone is generally easy to use.
Good quality sound from headphones with streaming content however overall volume is quieter, even on loudest setting, than other phones I've owned prior.

I returned the phone in less than a week. The volume was too low..Disappointed because I have had an HTC for the pas 5 years

No battery life

Just got this phone and have to charge at least one or two times a day. My old HTC One M8 didn't have this problem until about 6 months of using it. This one started the second day. Really dissapointed. Was hoping this one was better. No different than the HTC ones.
