I like everything about the phone. The only big problem is the battery just not good. In one day I have to charge the phone 4 times and not only that even if I don't use the phone the battery keeps going low low. I wish I could return the phone and get another HTC with a good battery. This home battery is worst then the HTC One m9 the htc one m8 was a way better phone and better battery.

I originally had the HTC 8 and it was the best phone ever. I loved all of its features. It was classy and stylish, all metal unlike tge popular brands these days. Not to mention unbreakable. I never had a case on it and dropped it numerous times over two years and it survived being dropped into a toilet and rain storm. It took a port a John to ruin it! I knew I would never own another brand again so I purchased the upgrade version and it was nothing like it's predecessor. In fact it is already broken. I dropped it at my desk... 2.5 feet from the floor and shattered the screen.

Glitchy. Unimpressed I've been an HTC fan since day one but my latest one A9 isn't as good as the M7 I had previously. Battery is awful. Camera is weak. Internet is lagging. There's no individual/ group text. There's a button that says individual but it doesn't work. So I send out something to ten guys and they are now getting copied on everyone else's exchanges. No att support

There's no tether feature, the flashlight comes on all by itself, bluetooth can't pair with my devices. It is a lesser example of a smartphone, if I had known all this I wouldn't have gotten it.

I have had my HTC One M8 for a year and a half, and I truly regret buying it. At first I loved it, it was a great android phone. After a few months went by it started acting up. Lagging, functioning slow, and the HTC Boom Sound didn’t even sound good anymore! Now my phone won’t even charge, and I haven’t even paid off my device yet! I have read many bad reviews on HTC devices, and I am already ready to upgrade my phone. So I advise you, if you want an android phone choose something worth buying like a Samsung or LG. HTC’s are just not good phones.

FRAGILE!!!

I only had the phone for 2 weeks. I didn't have a case yet because the place I purchased it didn't have them in stock yet. Sitting on the ground, I dropped this phone from about 1 to 1.5 feet from the ground. The bottom left corner hit the ground first, and it sent a crack right up the front of the screen all the way to the top, simultaneously ruining the underlying LED screen rendering the phone useless. And this is the only phone in which HTC doesn't offer Uh-Oh protection when purchased at a store. It only applies if you purchased it from their website. Now I know why. In addition, the battery charge instantly drops 1-2% when unplugged, even before using it.
