They work great you take your reading when you get ready to leave somewhere you have been drinking and if it's to high you don't drive stay longer drink water and watch it until lit goes to the right level . I have seen people use there own in our tasting room it makes you think about drinking and driving!

I have the more expensive model for BACtrack, and check one against the other. This keychain model reads just a bit higher than the "home" model. Which, is good in my opinion. You don't want to drive over the limit. One ticket (or worse) can change your life forever. So I have both models. I don't drink more than one drink EVER and drive, but I have used this device if I was drinking the night before, staying out of town, and just want to check in the morning....if you've had a late night, you can wake up over the limit, trust me. So, I make sure I'm .00 before I start the car.
