You should know that I am a tough sell. With a trained ear or two. if that makes sense? So - I got them today. I spent my day intently listening. I LOVE THESE! 1st thing I heard was the low end, not loud but just right and very life like, I would say quick (fast) and solid. Then I was awakened by the mid's, clarity is their name. OK, I know the "Experts" say that the highs are slightly weak. I totally disagree! These things are just musically flat. So you miss NOTHING. Do not get me talking about the presents of the instruments or vocals simply wonderful. I thought the whole sound stage was right up front and wide, very defined. I started my day listening to my portable player with my old ear buds. Then I played the same DVD audio at the same volume with the X12Is - WOW it was like I walked up to the stage where before (old buds) I think I was in the other room. I have fallen IN LOVE with my music again! One more thing - people are right - These did block out room noise effectively and they stayed in the ear even with my over-sized (huge) ear canals. Very comfy as well, like I said I used em all day. Couldn't do that with the old buds! These are a bargain....
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Audio

Klipsch X12 i...Big sound from a very small package

This is the second pair of Klipsch ear buds I have owned (big fan of the entire Klipsch lineup). The Klipsch X12i's are the lightest ear buds I have ever had in my ears. They have a deep fit that isolates outside noise and I find them to be very comfortable to wear for longer periods. These ear buds are made of high quality materials and the look is very minimalistic. As for sound quality I find them to be amazingly clear, balanced, and with just enough bass. My taste in music runs mostly in the alternative / Indie genre and I'm listening using my iPhone 8 with a Dragonfly black DAC. While they are a bit on the pricey side, I am most happy with this purchase.

The best earbuds you can own

Talk about jaw-dropping audio quality. The first time I plugged in, I was hearing 808s and high-octave drum beats I didn't even know were a part of my favorite songs. These headphones are literally THAT amazing. Also, the oval tips are really a game-changer. Not something people think about all the time, but you'd be surprised at just how light-weight, snug, and incredibly comfy these little guys are. If I want to truly experience my music, this is my go-to pair of headphones. Nothing beats them!
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Audio

I have rarely been so pleased with a product. I did an instore comparrison between these and several other premium options, some significantly more costly. These had the most balanced, refined sound and were also the easiest to get setup with (and most comfortable). they also look great with the attractive metal bodies that are almost invisible when inserted.
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Good Audio

I use these for sound isolation while I work. I own a home remodeling company and use the in-ear headphones as hearing protection while I work. At first I was very impressed with the durability of the X-11. I accidentally washed and dried them in my pants pocket. They came out pretty twisted but everything worked fine. Then the wire separated from the plug and I bought a new set of X-11's. These didn't last very long before the wire at the strain-relief on the plug failed. My warranty period had expired so I bought the X-12's The X-12 looked to have a more robust cable and plug so I was encouraged and hopeful that these would last longer. Not so much. I bought these in June 2016 and now its November and the plug is failing already. I love the fit and sound quality of the X-11 and now X-12 but these are way too expensive for me to replace every 6 months because the plug keeps failing. I am going to have to look elsewhere for a replacement. My one star rating reflects the fact that no matter how good these sound and fit, unless you can plug them in reliably, they're useless.
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Good Audio, good fit in my ears, Great Sound Quality, very good sound isolation
Cons: Not Durable

Best in-ear headphones that I have ever owned !

I use these headphones whenever I can. I use them inside all the time. I use them outdoors when its not cold out. The cables get very stiff when its cold and makes it difficult to use. The sound is amazing. Simply the best our of any in-ear headphones that I have owned. I have had several other brands and these are the best.
Pros: Good Audio, Lightweight
Cons: When it's cold outside the cables get very stiff
