I use this software every year and it gets easier all the time. good job.
What's great about it: easy to get through and covered all the bases
What's not so great: install a bit choppy but it made it through

recommended improvement for military uses

Great program, but as an active duty military member I consistently have difficulty filing my New York State Tax Return. The state provides very specific guidance for military personnel (NYS Dept of Tax Publication 361) which is very difficult to follow using the prompt based turbo tax system. I ended up using a kluge to get my return to go through...hopefully this doesn't cause problems later down the line.
What's great about it: best way to file taxes!
What's not so great: further enhancements for specific tax situations requested

What's not so great: Why don,t you offer a free e-file of one State as part of your product??

Another good year using TT. Pulled in my parents earlier file and got right through it.
What's great about it: Easy step by step as expected
What's not so great: TT couldn't handle or help with a Social Security situation

Did have to call IRS when received a1099 form with bad data on it.
