TurboTax is great

I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years and it is so easy to do that I would never go back to another tax prepare again.
What's great about it: So easy to follow step by step directions
What's not so great: State return is not free

Been using TurboTax for years now. I can't imagine ever switching or doing taxes another way. Makes it very easy to get everything done right.

Easy to Use

I like the ease in using this product, covering each category step by step. The guide provided covers every possible aspect of getting the best refund.The information links that answer questions for clarification are very helpful. Also the review, PDF file and thoroughness make this a great product.
What's great about it: Explanations are provided for the various line items. Helps the user to know if it is applicable to their return or not.
What's not so great: One has to pay to have the state retu sent with the deluxe edition. It would be better if both federal and state returns

I simply do not know how you could make it better. Instructions lead you through every step and there is always supporting information and definitions all along the way! Great Product that keeps getting better even when I think it can't possibly do so! I have been a user Turbo Tax from year one thru the present. The only problems I have had have been my own errors.
What's great about it: Step by Step infallibility
What's not so great: Can't Think of any!

Flexible

Have been using TurboTax since 2006. I see no reason to change. I use it for one of my daughters, my wife and I, and my Father-in-law who is 89, blind, and retired from the Navy.
It can do the easy return to the difficult return.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend using TurboTax!
What's great about it: You can just hit the highlights or go point by point. Great for completing taxes for several different family members.
What's not so great: A bit retentive when you need to correct a box that has a zero entered when the requirement is to have no digits at all.

Minimizes pain of doing taxes

If your occupation is associated with helping people with their taxes you probably don't like turbotax as it takes away business.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process
What's not so great: Doesn't include IRS 523 Re: selling a home

I was unable to use the learn more part of the Turbo tax. I have in the past so I don't know why I couldn't this year.
