Overall it is a good program if you are familiar with how it works.
What's great about it: Turbo tax will guide you through any possible return chances.
What's not so great: You may miss to get into some return detail to edit it if you are new to this program.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Was only able to print designated docs. Did much research (including phone contact) but had to delete 3 charitable contributions which erroneously showed incorrect State. As result my taxes increased.
What's great about it: details showed
What's not so great: Unable to print screen at will. Unable to correct incorect State on 3 charitable contibutions

Had to call the 800# for help, and got two very friendly and helpful ladies. One from KY. and one from Penn.
They knew what they were doing.
What's great about it: Liked the ease of getting around to different areas
What's not so great: none

I had zero on my Federal and State, not sure if I still had to file so I sent my Federal by mail. Also on the Ads for Turbo Tax it stated that to E-File it would be no cost but when I first was going to E-File my Federal and State when I got to the state part it requested a payment. So at that point I just sent my Federal by mail. I guess it was not free to E-File after all. But I will still continue using Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: E-File for state was not free.

I have used Turbo Tax for many many years and I continue to have excellent experiences. I am learning more and more of the elements that are helpful and more on how to switch back and forth from the forms to the easy step. I think i do better on it each year too!
What's great about it: Straightforward with questions answered.

I like to use Turbo-Tax and have for many years, but the cost has become ridiculous. I suspect I will seek an alternative next year if the price for the software remains this high.
What's great about it: pretty simple
What's not so great: way too expensive
