Easy and non-stressful experience

The software was easy to install, it was easy to work with and e-filing was easy. A lot of "easy" used in this review.
What's great about it: Easy to work with.
What's not so great: Could not save file anytime I wanted to, had to wait until I exited the program.

Easy to find what I'm looking for

Once again, a good experience with TT. Been doing my own for 9 yrs now...highly recommended.
What's great about it: go right to the section you need to complete
What's not so great: personal business section little confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Confident in my return

I was hesitant to use Turbo this year because I had a disability incident last year and I managed some monies differently. In the past when I have an odd year I go to an accountant for the guidance. This year I trusted Turbo to interview the proper questions and answers from me and my forms and paperwork. I feel confident that everything is filed properly.
What's great about it: Love the interview style
What's not so great: I owed to much

I've used TurboTax for many years. Probably for as long as it has been available. Chances are you can do your own taxes with TurboTax. Excellent product.
What's great about it: Inexpensive. Easy. Familiar. I can work on my taxes in separate sessions if I don't want to sit and do them all at once.
What's not so great: None.

Return to former content. Some nice improvements over previous version. Like the added security when e-filing.
