If Only You'd Let Me DELETE Something

Every year for the past 3 years since I no longer need to include a Sched. C - TurboTax REFUSES to SUBMIT my taxes because it still needs me to fill that detail out - we should be able to REMOVE that.
What's great about it: Mostly goes smooth - good questions, etc.
What's not so great: Haven't needed sched. C for YEARS and it won't let me leave that out-not cool!

Easy step by step walk through. Turbo tax checks your return so it can't be wrong.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step.

It won't do my state taxes

His taxes are done but it absolutely will not take me in to where I can print or file them. Every time I get that far , it wants to file his federal taxes which are already done & gone. I want to print them & mail them but I can not get it to let me!!! And, while I have you paying attention, we had to pay to file our state taxes. It asked if I wanted to use my free filing now & I said yes & then it wouldn't give it to us. We had to pay to get them done
What's great about it: I've used this for years but lately seem to have a problem every year
What's not so great: Trying to file my grandson's taxes, which I've done many times

Ten plus years Turbo Tax user

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years to file both my federal and state tax forms. It takes me about 2-3 hours from start to finish to file for both my husband and myself (file jointly).
What's great about it: Relatively quick and painless
What's not so great: Well, it is still 'doing your taxes' after all

I like Turbo Tax because of the easy questions it walks you through. It does a very, very thorough job!
What's great about it: easy to use and fast
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First time efile

I am a long-time user of TurboTax. The directions are clear and make it simple to complete.I have seen no problems with federal or state. I will use TT again.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data or transfer from Financial Indt.
What's not so great: Surprised by cost to efile using some of refund
