Don't like how each section said 'review all' but then I had to start each section. I don't think it was like that last year. Seemed a little cumbersome.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: If you need to go back into a certain section, you need to answer all the questions again.

Great Product, Hard to Access

Every year I struggle with the same issue. I sign into Turbotax (I've had an account for a number of years) and am prompted to put in my information online. It's odd because none of my information appears to be available to the online version although I have done my taxes with the software for years. I'm told I can't import without an upgrade, but I can't upgrade online. All I want to do is buy the software. So I go buy the software, but to do that I have to sign out and go through a product page before I can even have that option. This seems extremely convoluted.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Turbotax online not synched with the software apparently

Very Well Laid Out, Easy to Use

I have used a few different tax software packages in the past, even TurboTax a few years ago, but this year's (2015 return) TurboTax is by far the best tax prep. software I've ever used. It had a good flow, and the text, text size, color choices, wording, were well done and easy to follow.
What's great about it: Excellent visual lay out, good flow and clear well written directions

Thought I would have problems filing this year due to death of spouse. Was very easy, went through step by step, and it was done!

Turbo tax has been an extremely helpful tool while filing my taxes. Each step was easily accessible and explained in order to enter in all appropriate information needed for a successful experience.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and got my sister to use it, too! It's easy, safe, convenient & I'm confident using it because it's always accurate.
