Finally done!

It uploads everything from prior years, super helpful. Also promopts what you did last year.
What's great about it: It gets it done.
What's not so great: We need a better tax system.

Too Much Software

What's not so great: Had to sit thru a software up-date every time I booted up the software,the tax laws don't change that fast!

I trusted the information and guidance i received

I had a sell of home. I had to look at my initial purchase of home papers to get the information I needed. An accountant would know how to read the papers I needed. I had to guess on some of it. For my part it was okay because I sold my home at a loss. If I had sold it for a profit I would probably had needed to go to a professional tax accountant to get the best refund. Or at least for help reading the forms.
What's great about it: could do my return at home
What's not so great: I had a hard time finding a particular form I needed. I hope I did it correctly

Got my taxes don

How easy can it get. I am not very computer literate, but even I can do this!
What's great about it: Very easy, do them from home, get electronic refund. Don't have to leave hom.
What's not so great: I like everything about it. Transfers my info from last year.
