TURBO TAX

Turbo Tax was fairly easy to use this year and it seems that I'm able to complete taxes at a quicker rate every year. I especially like the explanation boxes that guide me if I'm stuck on a certain portion of the tax preparation. It's a well thought out system that has done well in checking for error commonly made.
What's great about it: Computer friendly easy to understand instructions

TurboTax is always great. Makes our ridiculously complicated tax system fairly simple and straightforward.
What's great about it: Option to go to forms or be walked through step-by-step
What's not so great: When and error is detected not enough information is linked to help fix the problem

Love it!
What's great about it: very easy program to maneuver. No need to pay anyone when you can do it yourself

Very Easy to use

This is our first time using Turbo Tax, we've had an accountant for 25 years and he retired; we spoke to a lot of people and they said to give it a try, We saved $154 by using TurboTax. We liked it and will use again next year.
What's great about it: Play by play instruction
What's not so great: Confusion on Federal & state medical expenses

Love the simplicity of Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Love the way Turbo Tax walks me through the process!
What's not so great: Miss the free advice via phone.

used turbo tax deluxe for 15 yrs plus. My operating system will not be honored next year (mt lion) u need to match lowest price disk online for users that don't have a usb port. would have to use another means to file taxes if not fixed. this could effect a great # of consumers especially Srs that cannot afford to up date mac iOS

What's not so great: health section charge for e filing state tax, lack of option to mail only the state copy

Since I was a part-time resident of Colorado and Texas the questions regarding how to split income for tax and income could have used better "hand-holding" and clarification. I decided to divide the amounts in question by 12 months and multiply by the number of months in each state. Hope that was correct and I purchased "Audit-Defense" as a safety net. But...hope I did everything correct. No doubt with Turbo-Tax this was much easier. I'm spoiled with this product so would love to leave no details unattended and that's why I mention the multi-state resident comment. Overall - an amazing product as always.
