Much better this year!

I have been using TurboTax for a while now and it definitely makes doing your taxes a breeze. It walks you through each section and lets you click on the help button if needed. On the current and previous year comparison page if an amount is listed for the previous year but not for the current year, I would like to be able to click on the amount from the previous year to see where that amount came from. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend TurboTax to anyone who does their own taxes.
What's great about it: The software was much easier to navigate and understand this year. Everything is pretty much explained very well.
What's not so great: It is still confusing if you have an HSA that is not pretax

MORE DIFFICULT THAN LAST YEAR

State listing for Tax Exempt Interest was not in alphabetical order which made it harder to enter data! It would also be nice if you could enter a total amount and percentages by state and have turbo tax do the calculations! Also, paid for the first time and didn't understand all the extra information needed when we were paying through our bank account. Also disappointed that could not e-file Detroit tax since the State of Michigan is now handling payments.
What's great about it: ASKED GOOD QUESTIONS
What's not so great: NEEDED INFO NOT ALWAYS IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER

Excellent software to guide you through the process. Been using turbo tax since its inception and I have grown to trust the product.
What's great about it: Like the guided approach to determining taxes
What's not so great: not much

The program alerted me to W2s that were available for import, saving me from typing the info in.
What's great about it: More forms available for importing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax

Overall I like using Turbo Tax as it does most of the work for me all I have to do is plug in the numbers where needed

What's not so great: one particular deduction always confuses me minor prob
