Rock Solid Program

I've been a TT user for over 10 years. However, I did try one other program, with disastrous results...Never again...TurboTax all the way. My returns are always spot on. Never had any problems either. Love this program...!!!
What's great about it: A healthy dose of Returns
What's not so great: none

Used TurboTax for years now and it suits me. Pretty simple for most situations. Never been audited and never encountered a problem that couldn't be solved.
What's great about it: pretty easy to use. You can do returns for your whole family.
What's not so great: if you need to call, be prepared to wait a long time.

Love TurboTax - been using it for a decade. Will continue to do so in the future. Seems to get easier every year.
What's great about it: Quick import of prior years' information
What's not so great: Costs add-up quickly for extra states and e-file for states

Easy Refund

I wound up using the standard deduction for my refund after entering the deductions I had, which was a little disappointing because I had already purchased the deluxe edition, and did not really need that. Other than that, Turbo Tax is great because it is fast and easy entry of information, and filing is quick.
What's great about it: Entering the info was fast and easy
What's not so great: Don't think I needed to purchase the deluxe edition
