On Schedule C-EZ I did not have a name to input on this form and I kept getting the same error message that I needed a business name. Once I decline to put a name in it should not continue to ask over and over again for it and then at the end say there is an error in the return.
What's great about it: The ease of doing a fairly difficult return
What's not so great: Had some issues with Schedule C-EZ
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Taxes Done

Used Turbo Tax now 4 years in a row, and will keep using them. They walk you through everything, and go over and re-review everything to make sure you didn't miss anything. The fact you can do this quickly and then the free federal efile in the end is awesome. Plus you can efile with the state for a minimal price and your done. Also like the fact that the next year you file they can carry over all the information from the previous year. It saves a ton of time.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through everything.
What's not so great: sometimes too many updates take too long

I notice it was a lot harder this year to understand what you are asking of me. in the future please be more clear with the question you are asking. also where did the question mark go? that really help a lot of people out, it explained the questions you are asking., you can tell you tried to save money on the program, but it just made it more difficult on your users. In the future i would rather pay more for a good product than you guys cheapening out on your customers. it was a real hassle this year, unlike other years. I have used turbo tax for the past 10 years.

The insurance tax and section could be explained a little bit better.
What's great about it: walks you threw everything
What's not so great: minimal questions

If you organize your information ahead you can complete filing your taxes in less than a hour.

I like everything but I was not able to import of previous tax year information...the file was to large.
