terrific program - easy even with itemized deductions

Easy and Thorough

I have always used TurboTax, so I really don't have anything to compare my experience to. I have always found my experience to be very user friendly.
What's great about it: Easy, Thorough, Helpful
What's not so great: Price, extra costs for certain things

Fun Refund

This is the ninth or tenth time I've used Turbo Tax with no errors or problems relative to the Federal Income Tax portion. I've found it easy to navigate and a real timesaver for calculating and receiving my returns. Two different state programs (MD & ME) have had issues relative to crediting my wife's disability retirement annuity. I plan to continue to use Turbo Tax for my Federal and State income tax filing needs.
What's great about it: Tutorials and narratives were short to the point and easy to understand.
What's not so great: Maine state software has a little hicup relative to disability pension.

Ole Reliable

I've used Turbotax for the last 10 years. Never had a problem and it has consistantly lived up to my expectations. Excellent product, can't recommend highly enough and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.
What's great about it: easy to follow prompts, reliable information, do-it-yourself friendly
What's not so great: not one con!!

Turbo Tax was good as usual, but more confusing than in previous years. Having a lot of trouble filing Federal. No State in Florida. Frustrating!

More Filing - Less Frenzy

I did my 2015 tax return in one sitting, a new record for me! I still have a sore rear-end, but nothing like past years before TurboTax.
What's great about it: Walkthru
What's not so great: Finding details from my paperwork
