Turbo Survival!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and most generally have found it very easy to use. However, sometimes it is difficult to find what to do with new forms received. I wish the search feature would go right to the area that addresses the form you have.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to follow along
What's not so great: Difficult to find information on specific forms received.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been a user for about 10 years now...I LOVE IT!
What's great about it: Very Easy
What's not so great: Some screens say view all and others dont have a view all so you have to go through each one

Easy to use

TurboTax is very easy to use for your Federal returns. It can be a little tricky for the state returns. The screens are easy to read and the instructions are easy to understand.
What's great about it: Very sinple to use.
What's not so great: Hey...tax time!

one little snag

Very convenient, but the one snag that I had was that there was no way to enter 1099-DIV data except to skip it and go back and "edit" what I had never been allowed to enter in the first place.
It asked for DIV and INT in the same thing, and then tried to get me to enter INT (interest) data, of which I had none. So, I had to skip it - and "Back" and forward with it several times - and was somehow able to come back and enter DIV data.
What's great about it: conveniet!

I have used this program for 15 years. Love it!!! Imports everything from the year before, which speeds up the process ALOT, and just by answering simple questions you are done in no time. Help is very helpful at explaining things also.
What's great about it: Love TurboTax
