Have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years, have never had as much trouble with the print function.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use
What's not so great: Had many issues with print process this time.

TurboTax is a trusted and reliable tool that can be used by anyone. I will not use anything else to do my taxes. Information is not in jeopardy.

Will use again in for 2016 taxes. A big improvement over 2014.

Disappointed

Forms 8606 has been part of Deluxe for years, but this year it was not there. And it was not obvious that it was not. My only problem.
What's great about it: Excellent as usual
What's not so great: Disappointed that form 8606 was missing from the Deluxe version

Helps when I have no brain!!

I really like turbo tax. For the past 5 years, I have undergone various cancers and the treatment is horrible to say the least. the drugs i'm on can't make me think so basically turbo tax walks me through hand by hand on questions. when I don't understand, it has the question mark and I think.. yes.. I remember that. I really appreciate the simpleness of turbo tax and its really helpful for someone like me who is fogged by drugs, or by someone who is trying to do their own taxes for the first time. I don't have a big business but I would think it would be as helpful for them. thank you.
What's great about it: walks me through everything and explains bc I don't understand
What's not so great: nothing really

No guidance for Sched C changes

Couple of hitches during navigation, where program could have been a little more helpful than it was. Key to these issues with TT Deluxe was the fact that program never asked if my wife if her self employment ended prior to 2015, such that Schedule C with depreciating office expense assets from previous years would no longer be required for 2015. Hence, I didn't respond the "right" way, and then the program found 31 problems during review - I finally found the source of the problem in help pages, but even they were very hard to research. (I imagine lots of people with similar situations as ours experienced the same frustration as I did.)
What's great about it: Great navigational tools
What's not so great: Sched C guidance lacking
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Makes it Pretty Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now it's easy with It's deductable. the start up was a little sluggish this year.
What's great about it: same software the pros use
What's not so great: occasionally get confused
