ALLOW VARYING CHAR MILEAGE, DON'T ASSUME EVERY TRIP IS THE SAME.
ALLOW COPYING LASY YEARS CHARITABLE ACTIVITY FORWARD, I HAVE REPEATING IDENTICAL ACTIVITY, BUT YOU MAKE ME REENTER IT AGAIN MANUALLY.

Great and Easy Program

TurboTax makes filing your taxes very easy! I can't imagine going back to doing them by hand!!! The program asks you for each piece of information and guides you through the whole process. It even calculates the amount you own or the amount you are going to get as a refund with every step. I couldn't imagine that doing my taxes could be any easier!
What's great about it: TurboTax makes doing and filing your taxes very easy!!!
What's not so great: The upgrades to the program take a long time to load.

Great Tax Software

With Intuit TurboTax, I feel confident that my tax filing is done right the first time! The interface "speaks" human language, not technical jargon.
What's great about it: Extremely easty to use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good but could be better

Overall the process was quick, thorough, and relatively painless. That being said, I did have to re-enter the same information for three 1099's from the same institution and four W2-G's from another. It would be extremely useful if the default information from the last form entry could be carried forward to the next entry. This would save even more time and reduce the chance for data entry error.
What's great about it: Less than an hour from software installaion to completed return!
What's not so great: Had to reenter multiple 1099's from the same source and type in the name/address/EIN over and over and over

Easier Every Year

I have used TurboTax for the past few years and every year it gets better and easier. This year, for the first, I had to contact customer service (about the software, not the program itself) and they were outstanding at helping me out.
The way it allows us to track donations throughout the year and bring those, as well all my other documents, into the records is very easy. I also appreciated the extra security built into the program this year.

Forms

There was a form referring to a deduction for a fuel cell or something or other that I did not put any data into but there was data put into it. It kept coming back as an item needing further attention. The description was blank and the amount for the line was 0.00 and the total for the form was 0.00. VERY frustrating trying to remove it. After a great deal of frustration and anger I finally deleted the form.
Also information from 2014 filing was not imported into 2015 forms.
What's not so great: Form not filed but included
Pros: I bought or sold investments
