My grandson works for a local Pizza Hut franchise (US), but the office is headquartered in Quebec Canada. Last year (2014 tax) there was no way to enter an employer with a foreign address. I submitted a suggestion to resolve this issue and I'm very pleased to see that this year's edition provides a way to enter a foreign address for employers. Well done Intuit!
What's great about it: Included requested improvement from 2014
What's not so great: Paying for state e-file

Happy, happy, happy!

I love the fact that all my information from last year was readily available and the program just plugged it in where needed. I also especially like under deductions, where you can plug in your donations and they have the prices to choose from. Very user friendly program and easy to manipulate through.
What's great about it: Generally pretty easy to follow and relatively quick.
What's not so great: SOme of the taxes were confusing but you hints did help most of the time.

Oops!!

I really had a difficult time of booting this years edition of Turbo Tax. I finally was able to do so after getting to a Q&A talk room and was informed on how to manually load the program.
What's great about it: i have used Turbo Tax for years and am very comfortable with it
What's not so great: When you print the return (unless you know how to eliminate excess forms) the printed documentation is excessive

Turbo tax makes any situation easy. Having a husband who was completely disabled and on SSI and our daughter recieving SSI, and then me never having done taxes before ( husband said it was a mans job lol). I have been able to fill out taxes for the last two years. It made SSI and home care, nursing home all easy to figure out how it pertains to taxes and simple to use.
What's great about it: Easy, user friendly, all questions can be answered
What's not so great: Some language used was a little hard to understand as a person who hasn't had alot experience fillling out tax forms

Turbo-Tax

I had no problem with the program at all 'til the very end. I think the glitch was with the web site and not the program. It would not allow me to leave the confirmation page on the web site to open e-mail for the confirmation number to verify my account. I have used Turbo-Tax for many years without a single problem.
What's great about it: Easy
