Got the Most Bang for My Buck

I've used TurboTax for the past 5 years and have found it very easy for the common man to use who has no finance background.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand.

What's not so great: Updates were sometimes very slow. Program (Delux) doesn't automatically start after update.

The HELP screens get too TAX Talk-keep it as simple as can be

Love using it, have used TurboTax for nearly 18 years. CPA checked returns a couple times, said he couldn't do better. (I'm a bit simple, although I do have business expenses).
What's great about it: Easy, very helpful walk through
What's not so great: second job expenses a bit tough to enter

Overall, a very positive experience. Some in depth help resources for some of the more complicated items like education credits and deductions not as thorough or not easy to find. I had to go to other online resources to find information. I like the error correction and filing processes - smooth and thorough with good options like not requiring me to enter both my drivers license and my wife's drivers license for security purposes. Maybe this is an IRS flexibility pro but I like it. I also like all of the printing options. Thank you for providing an affordable product that is relatively easy to use.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax handles some technical details for me so that I don't have to understand everything to get credits and deducti
