Easy to use

Although the help icons try to answer your questions, at least there is a link to the IRS information that does finally answer the question completely.
We have used TurboTax for many years now and have found it has saved us money, time and using a tax person.
What's great about it: Reliability, accuracy, peace of mind
What's not so great: Some questions are hard to find the answer easily

What's not so great: I was frustrated with Student Worksheet. Did not understand computer generated results for Part VI lines 17 and 18.

Still too many technical terms for computer novices to understand. Like what is a pdf?
What's not so great: Need a page at end to review entries, make changes. Directions to get back to pages are not clear.

Easy and Thorough

I love the automatic filling in of info from previous years Turbo Tax filing. Makes it easier and accurate. It would be better if it also picked up the addresses and filing info on other 1099's not included in your financial institution listings but filed in previous year.
Very thorough and easy to use. I did go back to previous filing to see how I classified things and answered questions which was very helpful. I know I am consistent in my answers this year.

What's not so great: Could have picked up alot of entries from TT2014

Intuitive and Simple

What's not so great: Mention IRS kit before going through health care deductions
