Multi-year user. I will continue to return because it is easy to use.
What's great about it: Federal Tax design is nearly perfect
What's not so great: Directions and information links for State form are weak. Charging to file a state return is disappointing.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 14 years, because I am impressed with the ease of use. Thank you intuit.
What's great about it: Previous tax year info automatically entered. Walks you through new situations, such as establishing business.

Too Many Bugs

The 888 help number was very very helpful the two times we called. It is a much needed addition to turbo tax.
Happy to be able to use deluxe plus state this year.

What's not so great: input numbers translate incorrectly and it is difficult to correct

Awesome as usual

Overall, i really like the way turbotax steps you through this overly complicated process. I would like to see even more auto-import features...specifically W2's from Defense finance and accounting. I made an error typing it in and took me a bit to find it.
What's great about it: easy to follow and walk through
What's not so great: no import of w2's from DFAS. I made an error typing in and took a bit to discover.

GREAT Software and Easy to USE

ALL in ALL, a great product to use when filing Federal and State taxes
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Did not pick up my state sales tax snc eI do not pay and state income tax. I had to find the form to input the data.
