Turbotax Updating

Im a devoted turbotax user...never had any problems till this year......the updating process sucked a LOT this year......hope its better next year!!!!!
What's great about it: They keep online Program up to date with version....thnk God!!!!
What's not so great: Programs Cost Transfer Policy Error on update download is a problem!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

GREAT EASY LOW COST PROGRAM

GREAT PROGRAM....WILL USE TURBO TAX FROM NOW ON...FOR YEARS WAS DOING THE HARDCOPY BOOK & FILING FOR 30+ YRS....BECAUSE I DIDN'T TRUST INTERNET SITES....HAD 3 FRIENDS SAY THEY HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS...SO THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY. I DID MY TWO YEARS OF RETURNS AND GOT MY DAUGHTER ON AND SHE DID HERS AS WELL. IN TWO EVENINGS....3 RETURNS ABOUT 2HRS...OR LESS EACH. THE DOWNLOADING WAS THE HARDEST ON THE OLDER RETURN. THE CURRENT RETURNS WERE VERY QUICK. THE QUESTIONS AND THE LEADING YOU INTO REVIEWING IT WAS VERY HELPFUL,
What's great about it: DIRECTION, QUESTIONS, IDEAS
What's not so great: DOWNLOADING WAS CONFUSING A BIT

Software Update Nightmare

Uploading 2015 deluxe was no problem and it worked well the first time. When reopening the program, the software has a new version and require updating. Tried several times but could not update due to repeated error messages. Contacted the reps and they were somewhat helpful but the problem returned when I reopened the TT. I had to completely remove all previous and current TT files and reloaded the program. I'm not sure if I will order TT for next season.
What's great about it: Easy to complete the returns
What's not so great: Constant error messages when updating

I am not a math genious and this is so easy - plus you can take a break, etc - without worrying about losing information.

Use Turbo Tax for decades

Turbo Tax makes a difficult job easy. I don't have to learn a new system each year to do my taxes
What's great about it: Carries info from year to year, easy to use, accurate

Everything has cost, why do you have to pay more for state, it says state on deluxe, may go to H & R Block next year.

Do NOT use Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Auto fills personal info from past years
What's not so great: Awkward, does not allow freedom to move through the forms for inspection or printing.

easy tax return

'have been using Turbo Tax for the las ten years and never had any problem with my tax returns. The forms are very friendly to use and the recommendations made by Turbo Tax have been accurate and helpful. I'm happy with the service and I would recommend anyone to use TurboTax
