filling with Turbotax the way to go

THIS IS MY 4th YEAR FILLING WITH TURBOTAX AND IT STILL AS EASY AS THE FIRST TIME I DID IT.
What's great about it: they make it so easynto do it myself
What's not so great: i have to ask my wife questons

Turbo Tax makes me happy!

Great product that has safely done my taxes for many years. Easy to use - toggling back and forth in different sections, answering questions. Really intuitive and almost fun (well at least when I get a refund!)
What's great about it: Easy to use, explainations helpful, can double check and edit easily. Makes the whole process stress free!
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of

my 2015 filing

Sat down with my info and was through in about 5 hours (including a dinner break). Everything was explained as I went along (including the new Obamacare MarketPlace deal).
What's great about it: great step-bystep instructions
What's not so great: No free state filing. After buying the disc, this should be included for one person and one state

I like the way it leads you through each scenario and gives you every possible chance on every single function !! Even though you may have a very simple return it makes sure that nothing gets by you AND it compares to previous years !!
What's great about it: Every step is guided and questioned and compared to the previous year
What's not so great: Make something up, CUZ for me it is great accurate and simple !!

Easy Deductions with Deluxe Edition

The Deluxe version was as quick if not quicker than using a professional tax preparer. You only gather the documentations you need as you go and can compile, add and enter late at night with music and food. Most of the instructions were easy to understand and enter. Only one entry required looking up a more detailed explanation and those directions were quite clear. Great to file both Federal and State on line when done with direct deposit.
What's great about it: Faster than going to a Tax Accountant or Tax Service
What's not so great: Hand entering new deductions was not clear

I liked the way the whole process was handled by the app,the step by step form and the easy it was.It is my first time that i do my taxes by my self and i thought it would be more difficult,it was not.

Charged me twice for state refunds

I have only used Turbo Tax for > 10 years.,..this is the first time I had difficulty using it...they charged me two times for filing state returns...
