TT software issue with other laptop apps

TT software would download, but not allow beginning a tax form - would lock up, and ask me to provide a problem description online to receive an answer online, but would not allow a fix, just spooled back to "what is your problem" and we will provide an answer. Final answer from phone call to TT help/support - virus protection software was halting the process to start a return.
What's great about it: Got it resolved on the phone with TT
What's not so great: Wish the answer could have been provided online with one try

Easier every year

While most of the questions are very simple to understand, there are still portions of the form where there are assumptions that everyone will understand the terminology that relates to taxes, income and deductions. For the most part I have to assume that if I've never heard of some of the less common deductions, then I don't qualify for them
What's great about it: transferring information from past years makes it easier to fill in blanks and be sure I included everything
What's not so great: Sometimes the terminology used is still a little daunting

I have used Turbotax for the last 4 years and each year it has only gotten easier. I feel that it is thorough, understandable, and easy to use. It makes suggestions and asks questions that help clarify most items.
What's great about it: Easy to use, clear, helpful.

2015 is Not User-Friendly

The Health insurance form is not intuitive at all. I had to delete the entire form and re-install and re-enter all the information to get it to accept my return. Seriously frustrating!!
What's great about it: Electronic filing is a benefit
What's not so great: This version is Not User-Friendly

easy filing

this is the second time I have used it. I am used to my accountant getting me a larger refund. but I am learning this as I go along I think TurboTax makes the process easier and cheaper .
What's great about it: Leads you through.the process , very easy to follow.
What's not so great: Search can be tedious, especially when you are not sure.

So much easier than I thought!

Having help from Turbo Tax made me feel like I could tackle my taxes without using a costly tax preparation place. The program walked me through each area of concern in small, easy to follow steps. I feel like I could continue to do our taxes in house every year from now on. Thanks!!
What's great about it: Walked me through everything step by step.
What's not so great: That I didn't try it before now!
