Turbo Tax Deluxe Program and Customer Service

I have used this program in the CD Version since it first came out I think over 20 years now. I have always liked it and prefer the Interview Process to complete my Federal and State Returns. It's very good but not perfect and I had to call for program and tax help support a few times this year which isn't usually the case. The Customer Service Representatives were always very prompt in calling me back by the time promised. They were very helpful and researching and finding the answers to my issues / questions about the program. Also just as I was about to e-filing it threw up a Processing Fee for direct deposit that the amount was overstated. It was in fact for the cost of e-filing my MA return. The Customer Service Rep wasn't sure why it did that be she worked with me to resolve it. There was also some delay or confusion each time I had to call about the fact I was using the CD Desktop Version of the program and not the Web based program. It took Customer Service a wile to get that version to load up on their desktop screens. Overall I am still very satisfied with the 2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe CD Version and will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Interview Process easy to use & Customer Service quick to call back
What's not so great: Difficulty handling MA 1099 HC - and had to contact customer service too many times.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

there was a little problem getting to the CO tax forms and answering the necessary questions.
What's great about it: quick transfer of previous tax information
What's not so great: had trouble finding info about sale of second home
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

More simple than ever

I have used Turbo Deluxe for several years. Seemed even easier this year than normal. Sometime is you do not understand some question in the step by step its difficult to find the answer
What's great about it: Easy and Quick
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find answers

Very good questions are asked. It takes some time to go thru all the details that are required to do your taxes.

Turbotax Makes Filing Less of a Burden

I have used TurboTax since it first came out and each year it becomes more comprehensive than the last. If you are new, it will walk you through. If you are and old hand it is even easier. Two problems have arisen. First, TurboTax did not alert me to the required e-file pin and that caused rejection. The fix had all the earmarks of a scam but, it was not. Second, my money market fund is a mutual fund and it does not allow electronic payments. Not being aware of this cost me a penalty for late filing. TurboTax should list major money markets that do not allow electronic payments.
What's great about it: Walks you through most details and allows the use of Quicken.
What's not so great: Did not alert me to required efile number causing problems
