Whew, done!

In the foreign tax credit section, things got confusing. Who owns the mutual funds? Too much information was requested from and too many questions asked of a person who uses a financial planner.
What's great about it: Lots of questions!
What's not so great: Lots of questions, some ambiguous!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. This year was the easiest. Thanks Quicken staff. I use Quicken routinely and would be lost without it. Thanks.

Comparing TurboTax to other software, it turns out the personnel of this company makes a remarkable difference. I talked to three different representatives, they are socially competent. I felt great!

TURBO TAX KEEPS GETTING BETTERD

What's great about it: Each year it seems to get easier
What's not so great: like option to print before, which you can do be it's confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Easy to use and can be rest assured the system is correct. All you have to be sure of is the data.
What's great about it: personal information downloaded from last year so don't have to retype
What's not so great: cannot print screen at any point

Love Turbo Tax!

I have used this product for many years because it's dependable and asks you questions to make sure of your information. Will continue to use this product for years to come.
What's great about it: Easy, fast and covers everything.
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of.

Familiar and Easy

Right up until the beginning of March, the program wouldn't let me e-file, indicating that some federal forms regarding ACA weren't available. Finally I was told to update same, but received the same information about waiting. So I had to delete the program from my computer and re-load it from the internet. Then I could proceed with finishing and e-filing.
What's great about it: The step-by-step guidance.
What's not so great: Trouble downloading updates
