Top-notch product - better year by year

I've been using TurboTax every year for over 20 years now and could not be more pleased. It makes this yearly chore so much easier than it would be otherwise - especially after talking to friends who still use tax accountants.
What's great about it: Efficient, accurate, links easily to Quicken, ItsDeductible
What's not so great: No complaints

I love Turbo Tax. It is so simple. Leads me through as much or as little detail as I choose.

Easy and Quick tax fifiling

Your software is very good. I have been using TurboTax since inception. It was floppy disks and now CDs. Lately you have multiple software for tax, I saw at least 4 versions. It confuses me which one I should use. Cost also varies from sellers to seller and direct purchase from Turbo Tax. If you simplify this process you have great product and long term potentials.
What's great about it: You do all calculations, check errors, guide to do right thing.
What's not so great: Cost is bit highter than other Tax software

Tax Time

Trying to use last years tax information was impossible. I was in a loop between email, password, and username. I finally gave up and started a new file. Entering the data went well. Until I tried to efile my taxes, when once again I was caught in a loop between payment for my state filing, password, and user name. My wife finally got someone from turbotax on the phone from and was able to fix things at your end. I guess some of these problems are an effort ro increase security, but I think you need to rethink the process and make it more workable.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax did a very good job of finding and tabulating my tax info
What's not so great: The user interface to enter and leave turbo tax is awful
