Bad printing experience

This year I have been trying to print my state return but have been unsuccessful so far. Have not given up yet. If I am finally successful I can say it has not been easy or straight forward. It seems to me that this portion needs work.
What's great about it: I have used TurboTax for many years and have been completely satisfied.
What's not so great: This year as in the past I have e-filed my federal return and printed and filed my state return.

I wouldn't use any other tax preparation software. TurboTax is the best.

Worst TT Experience in 13 Years
