For my first time, was very easy to use and install. Would recommend to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to Use and Install
What's not so great: Would like a little more in depth explanation of things
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall a very good product that can help a non-accountant navigate what can be a difficult process.
What's great about it: Simple questions lead you through the process.
What's not so great: During "check" phase tax form appears with no good explanation of what or where the mistake was made.

TurboTax helps to make this time of year EASY!

Will not switch to another service at this time! Questions are answered instantly and in layman terms to make things easy. I really appreciate the help and ease you provide to file our taxes.
What's great about it: Walk through for 98% of my return, the other 2% questions were answered quickly and correctly!!!

The Best!!

I been using Turbo Tax since the beginning! It has pulled me through all the life events; personal and with my rental property. I have been very pleased with the support and quality of Turbo Tax. I will continue to use this for my taxes.
What's great about it: Great product!
What's not so great: Always someone there to help with my questions.
