Tax relief

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 7 years and it is simple and easy to use. I have some accounting in my background but when I use it I am reminded how anyone who can read should be able to do their taxes with relative ease. After the first year, Turbo Tax has a feature to automatically download the previous year's return creating a sort of template to follow making input of the current year's data even easier. I would and do highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone wanting to do their own taxes. .
What's great about it: Very intuitive and easy to use and understand!!
What's not so great: Easiest tax system I have ever used
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to File

It was simple to file. All the steps were well explained, and the entire process was relatively quick. I have usd TurboTax for the past few yers and plan to use it in the future.
What's great about it: All steps were simple to complete, and everthing was explained as I went through the process.

Turbo is my buddie

Turbo Tax is well worth the money compared to the charge to have my taxes done by a service. I am comfortable with knowing all the necessary items are included with all the accurate math in my calculations. Thanks Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Been using turbo tax for years. Takes the worry out of all the forms necessary and all the math required.
What's not so great: Sometimes I don"t like all the sales pitches as I try to complete my tax.

Easy Peasy

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and each time the program improves ease of use.
What's great about it: quick, easy, accurate (I hope)
What's not so great: at times difficult to make changes after initial input

Simple, efficient, trustworthy

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years and they have always been a trusted resource when it come to my tax preparation each year and i will continue to trust them for my future tax needs. Simple design, easy to understand and trustworthy company.
What's great about it: love it, easy to use , simple terms for complex issues, clean interface

City of Detroit Refund

Federal and state taxes were done well and fairly easily. I entered something wrong the first go around on federal and the end result seemed fishy. Restarted from scratch and it was good. The City of Detroit taxes were another story. It said I was due no refund nor did I owe. This was odd so I downloaded and did b hand the calculations and found that I was due a refund of over a few hundred dollars. That is not good Turbo Tax. Had to drop you 2 stars. Would have been a 5 rating otherwise.
What's great about it: Easy work on federal and state taxes
What's not so great: City of Detroit taxes

I have to do my State returns again on Turbo. New York State is free & I need to pay for PA State return.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: transferring fro federal to state basic & tax info confusing a little
