Terrifically easy! I have used TT for over a decade and it just keeps getting better. Entering data is easy. W2's are imported. I did a complete return in less than an hour - including complicated Schedule A deductions and education expenses.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to review
What's not so great: Need to add ability to see individual contributions from previous year

This has to be the best tax program

I've been using Turbo Tax for almost 20 years. It is easier to use than ever before. The language is very simple and understandable. A person doesn't have to know anything about taxes with this product. All you have to do is answer easy questions (and, if you want, read the easy to understand explanations#. It asks you ALL the questions, does all the calculations, fills out all the forms, and it knows all the tax laws #what's allowed and what isn't, the where's, the why's, the when's, and the how's). My taxes are probably more complicated than the average person's, but Turbo Tax makes it no hassle, no fuss, no confusion, no frustration, no anxiety, no worry, no problem, and it's guaranteed correct. If that's not enough, it's a whole lot cheaper than paying some stranger #who's SUPPOSED to be a tax expert) to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Very thorough and complete. Logical flow. Plenty of help and advice. Data import feature is great.
What's not so great: None

A frustration-free way to do taxes

What's great about it: uncomplicates taxes
What's not so great: some times misses other income like refunds from last year. I almost did not declare.
