Very quick and easy

I love Turbo Tax. I have been told by some to try one of the other platforms like H&R but I wouldn't switch. The best thing is when it pulls all of last year's info in. I always have to slow down a bit on the state forms--they are just more complicated--but that is the governor's fault, not Turbo Tax's.
What's great about it: So easy--fourth year with Turbo Tax!
What's not so great: State is always a bit tricky

not a smooth as earlier years, especially when corrections are made the new total is inaccurate
What's great about it: EASY TO NAVIGATE
What's not so great: Need to have larger fonts ; be able to print a specific screen

Ease of use was about the same as in the past. This year, however, I had a lot of trouble with updates and with crashes. I don't know where those reports go but it sent them.

Got it done early

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and am always happy with the ease of filing and good results.
I made an error by answering a question wrong while doing my federal return, but the error only showed up on my state return. I tried to correct the error in the state return and it took a while to realize that the error was made in the information for my federal return. It all ended well.
