Great product. I've been using TT for a very long time. Always buy the DVD product and install on PC.
However last year after filing,,,, computer crashed and my TT files were not recovered. For some reason they were not included in the Windows 8 backup restore program.
So this year I had to recreate everything,,,,, it was more difficult because my last year (2014) template was not available when creating my (2015) return.
What's great about it: Easy To Use
What's not so great: Can't Retrieve Prior Years

Being using Turbo Tax for many years and never had an issue or audit. I always received my refund within 10 days..
What's great about it: Fast Accurate and Easy to navigate

Ifound that the 2015 version was the easiest to use over previous versions. The step by step process seemed to be broken down into more steps making it easier to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use and easy to go back and forth from forms to step by step
What's not so great: I had a rollover on a 1099-R with a code G in box 7. The summary page included that dollar amount as income -confusing

TurboTax 2015 was, as expected, easy and thorough. This is our tenth year or so using this product, and I have been abundantly satisfied each time. I did taxes as a volunteer using the AARP/IRS software, and suggested that the software be changed to a version of TurboTax - with TurboTax approval and modifications to support multiple filers.
What's great about it: Simple, step by step, and all things considered.
What's not so great: None

Great Product

The software seemed to load properly but something went wrong when I tried to start using the program so I needed customer support. The number provided when searching the web is advertising messages not support. I had to look up Corporate Intuit online to get assistance. I haven't done my own taxes in many years so I was hesitant to use TurboTax. It worked very well and was easier than I thought. It's great that TurboTax downloads some information.
What's great about it: It was easier than I thought it would be to do my own taxes.
What's not so great: I could not always find answers to my questions in TurboTax. Sometimes I had to search on the internet .

All good except doing deductions.

I found entering any deductions for "things" extremely frustrating when I tried to do them inside Turbo Tax. Importing these kinds of deductions from It's Deductible was a breeze. But I should have also been able to "add" items not listed when entering deductions within the program.
What's great about it: Most of the program continues to be easy to follow and user friendly.
