Smooth 'n sensible

I'm a nearly 20--year user of T-Tax, and have watched it improve the process each year - this year's the best yet! clean, crisp guidance and safeguards against unintentional errors and/or 'double-dipping' mistakes.

What's great about it: user-friendly langauge and understandable explanations/directions - LOGICAL!! ;-)
What's not so great: nothing significant in my experience this year

Been using Turbo Tax since it's infancy. It gets better each year even for someone who is not computer literate. With patience it is easy to use providing you have all documents in order and available.
What's great about it: Very elderly friendly.
What's not so great: A little more clarity for E filing.

Straightforward

Overall, very good setup. I have been using TurboTax for many years and I like the way it pulls in the data from previous years.
What's great about it: Clear and concise questions
What's not so great: Sometimes it asked for the same data twice and then it duplicated it.

Great Tax Software

This is my second year to use TurboTax and I love the ease of it. I was having my family contact who is a tax accountant do my taxes for years. Love the independence that TurboTax provides. Makes tax preparation a breeze. Really provides a step by step process.
What's great about it: Pulls in previous years info, pulls up W2 info easily
What's not so great: manual state sales tax info

Easy Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for both my business and personal taxes for years now, I find it very easy to use and the quick import from QuickBooks is great.
What's great about it: Very easy to use !!
What's not so great: The cost of the program for customers who have been with Turbo Tax for over 10 years.
