Hit Links -- not so hot.

Turbo Tax needs to fix the "Learn More" hot link problem. Every time I tried to use one of them. Nothing happened. Hot links are working just fine on my computer for other apps. And Turbo Tax hot links have always worked on this computer in previous years.
It's a frustrating aggravation to the user.
What's great about it: Got the job done and with the help of the search window I was able to determine reasonable answers
What's not so great: "Learn More" hot links never worked this year..buggy software I guess.

After last year's stumble, 2015 gets it right. All forms easily available again, got prompt response to several questions.
What's great about it: "Help" actually helpful
What's not so great: Losing the price war to competition

Happy that the forms were not blocked

This program is good at multiple levels. I do my parents taxes along with both of my adult children. The needs vary for each filing. I utilize student deducts, state educations tax deduction accounts, schedule K and investments.
What's great about it: I was able to complete my form at all levels without having to pay for more than I needed.
What's not so great: No complaints yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Your product is easy to use and very accurate and we love using it!
What's great about it: easy step by step instructions
What's not so great: Gambling section was a little confusing at first

Better by the year

It seems as though backing up to fix something requires that you go forward again from there to make sure changes that you made from default settings get restored to what you wanted.
In other words, when you think you've got everything done the way you wanted - - - GO THROUGH ONE MORE TIME TO BE SURE BECAUSE ONLY YOU KNOW YOUR SITUATION!!!
What's great about it: Navigation continues to improve
What's not so great: If you go back to fix something, must then go forward again from there.
