software glitch

I needed to edit CA form 5805 and tried to update but, program did not let me edit. It kept going back to message "congratulations, you are finished." Finally, after waiting an hour for a help line callback I manually edited the form.
What's great about it: quick, easy to navigate
What's not so great: software problem in updating California return cost extra time

Makes taxes easy!

Free State enclosed but not clear that this does not include efile.
trying to "efile" with direct debit for tax bill and I was unable to do so after several tries. I could not establish a new password for Intuit! easier to setup for ebank account.
What's great about it: tax time is easier
What's not so great: efile is still difficult

Excellent Guidance

This is a great software very up to date on the laws and regulations, very user friendly and great guidance.
The only thing that I will suggest is that you will allow to eFile more than just 5, I have a very big family, they always ask me to help them with the taxes. You should have a choice of 10, 15 or 20 efiling allow and it should be our choice obviously you have to charge maybe a little more for each increment.

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years and I will always recommend it to my friends and relatives.
What's great about it: Great very user friendly
What's not so great: The number of efiling that we can do.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The process is so easy, a 12 year old could probably do it.

Love TurboTax!!

I have used TurboTax for years now and have never had a problem with my taxes, or our daughter's taxes. TurboTax is so easy to use. It walks you through each and every item related to your taxes. They ask the questions to help you get your largest refund available. I highly recommend Turbo Tax as an easy way to get your taxes completed. So far, no audits!
What's great about it: Ease of use, help when needed
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments
