Misleading

I felt the software came up short for meeting my expectation. I had to send my return to a professional tax return person. The outcome was much better for me and I had the same information. it really came down to student information. I have decided to now leave this software for next year because the other return I perform with the software is easier to just have done with my tax preparation professional. one less thing as a responsiblillity so it reduces some stress.
What's great about it: good for simple returns
What's not so great: family with older kids and college students came up short

I STARTED USING TURBO TAX 1995 BECAUSE PRIOR TO USING IT I OWED IRS , SINCE I HAVE NEVER OWED
What's great about it: HELPED ME SINCE 1995
What's not so great: SAYS FREE STATE BUT ALWAYS COST

My tax returns are not complicated. I feel Turbo Tax is thorough and accurate but easy to use. I like the blur fonted helps to help me determine which parts of the tax code apply to me.
What's great about it: Concise and thorough

Followed the instructions, input all the info, pretty easy.

What's not so great: Print Preview (Had to figure how to get out of PDF)

Another year of the best tax return method

I've been hooked on TurboTax for over a decade now. It's the only way I'd consider preparing and submitting my tax returns. Having spent over 40 years in the software industry, I can say that TurboTax is one of the best (perhaps THE best) application programs I've encountered.
What's great about it: ease of use, comprehensive
What's not so great: none encountered

Covered all the bases!

I had a couple of areas that I was concerned about and was afraid I would not know how to handle them. TurboTax walked me right through them with no problems! I have used TurboTax for years and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and was in plain English
What's not so great: None
