i hate doing long form taxes. however, Turbo Tax allows me to complete the forms and submit the easily. i have used TT for 15+ years. Do not attempt completing your taxes without TT software.
What's great about it: covers everything i can thuink of.
What's not so great: my volunteer mileage does not change my deductions amount at all..

for someone that does not know anything about tax and never was in a like field it could be hard to understand add an image should not be necessary I don't know how tom submit an image things are going down hill

JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS. EASY, FROM START TO FINISH.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE.
What's not so great: NO DISLIKES
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using TurboTax for years!

I've been using TurboTax for years and have not had any problems. My deductions and credits have been fairly simple and this software has been the best for me.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use and pretty fast to start and finish your taxes
What's not so great: It may not be good for individuals with a lot of deductions/credits

Great Program

There are two concerns. First, I hope TT does not revert to the program they had the year before last with next years program.
Second-I wish that they would make it easier to figure out the previous IRA deduction for California returns. I figured it out, but TT could have made it easier.
All in all, a super program.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
