This software is quick, easy, understandable and gets me more taxes back then when I used a brand name tax service, and it cost less.

Overall, using turbo tax this year was fast and easy. Even with a change of income and other issues, I was still able to blaze through doing taxes once again. This is my 7th year using Turbo Tax and it hasn't steered me wrong yet.
A search through Google was able to produce the answer to my question.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: program can't direct to more complex questions

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Each year, I noticed little improvements. This year, there were some marked improvements that made filing so much easier than in years past. Thank you to the geniuses who spend so much time improving upon an already excellent program. I'm very impressed.

Awesome job again Turbo Tax Team, guiding all of us common people through the rules, exceptions and qualifying considerations that we call our tax laws. The experience of using Turbo Tax gets better every tax year. Great explanation of every step as you progress through the tax return process. There is always a thorough and helpful clarification to a complex rule or exception that simplifies the decision making to provide a correct answer as you progress through the tax process. Very efficient e-filing at the end of the process. Thank you !!!
What's great about it: Very informative through every step. Readily had last year input right there on screen for reference, very useful.
What's not so great: Only one con. Congratulations Turbo Tax for helping us all get our taxes done.
