overall it does the job you need to do and review your returns. It's Great!
What's great about it: Instructions are easy to follow and complete.

Disappointed this year!

TurboTax found last years tax return on my computer from previous years, but didn't seem to remember all the info. I was instructed to get out my hard copy and enter information that was already in my computer on previous years tax returns.
What's great about it: Taxes are filed!
What's not so great: TurboTax didn't find and add all info from previous year!

NY STATE TAX FORMS

Quick and Easy

This was the first time I had a 1099 MISC and Turbo Tax helped me to easily understand what I needed to do to save a little extra money!

Used Turbo Tax for many years. Because of this I start with general idea of how to use, but each year there are changes to the format that cause some "heartburn".

Rocking the refunds

I love Turbo Tax. Easy enough questions to answer and they help you out if you don't really know if you qualify for a certain deduction. Like that I don't have to go somewhere and talk to a live person about my taxes, like that I can stay at home and do it on the computer and not feel like i am pressured to answer questions with someone.
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward questions
What's not so great: some questions were a little confusing to understand
